At the onset of the clash at the major intersection in Terabithia's capital over conflicting emergency protocols regarding child discipline, the two main multi-factional alliances linked to the two factions of Terabithia's executive branch began to make preparations for the potential escalation to the civil conflict stage as the Years of Blood begins with the clash at the major intersection and dueling demonstrations in major cities outside of the capital. As the clash ends in a draw and both sides had to withdraw from the clash site due to the potential arrival of the other strict parents, both sides of the constitutional crisis would accuse each other either for implementing policies that benefit their own group or target the other group. And it's only a matter of time before the Royal Army, which were split among the 25 factions belonging to the two main multi-factional alliances will be involved and it would lead to the actual fighting in the civil conflict phase in just weeks, if not months.
