Harry Potter was destined to die, Albus had know that from the day he discovered that Harry is one of Tom Riddle's Horcruxes. Dumbledore was prepared to make this sacrifice. However, he wasn't prepared for Harry Potter to die shortly after Lord Voldemort's return, under circumstances that ruled out his being Tom's victim.
Noone was prepared for a Muggle bomp to explode in the Ministry on day Harry Potter was to be tried for breaking Statue of Secrecy.

I've read very few of these, so I wanted to make one myself (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄.
Summary:
Harry Potter dies from his abusive uncle, after being betrayed by whom he considered a grandfather.
Percy Jackson commits suicide after all the Greek and Roman demigods die from the battle against Gaia and discovering a secret of the Gods.
Both are a soul split in half that unite when dying and becomes the master of death.
They have been in the dark for a long time, they began to forget things, they decide to come back to life in another universe where both worlds are.
This gives them more adventures and fatigue.
As you know from the warnings, I don't own the Percy Jackson and Harry Potter characters, I just make them suffer.
Percy/Harry out of character and many more things.
It's also very out of canon, but not that much.
