Summary
A retelling of Edgar Allan Poe’s classic tale. In his rich style modified for modern readers, with an experimental, rarely used, suggested narrator POV. Told from the victim’s perspective.
This story was written by myself, with limited ai assistance, mostly in editing. I published it on Amazon, but am, as is usual for me, making it available for free at this later date. I did heavily modify the climax from its original version, as I felt that the original overextended that portion to the breaking point.
