As well as it is in more of a modern setting but has lore reasons to the absence of phones and modern technology. If they don’t manage too, then the night staff takes care of it, however they seem fit.
There were rules, Dennis knew better than to not follow them. But when Dr. Robby gets into a motorcycle accident all the reason falls off the window.
