Of course, this was not the first time Armand had said those words to him; it was when he put him on his knees in the Villa of the Mysteries that night he came to him among the ruins, but this felt pivotal. They had given themselves up to each other entirely. Had shared their blood, their bodies. Daniel had shared his mind. He was Armands', entirely.
A breath hitched in his throat, and he cleared it before he could speak."I'm yours."

Then he blinks. There is no pillow. There’s only Armand, the flawless expanse of his skin shining a gorgeous lamplit bronze in the apartment’s low lighting. Only Armand, with a round little tummy curving out from where Daniel had only ever known paper-flat abs.

He found Lestat, like a broken doll, on a ledge of the valley that descended hundreds of metres to a rushing river. Gently, Armand lifted Lestat’s broken body into his arms and ascended into the night. When he touched down in front of the sprawling house he resided in, he looked at Lestat’s face, covered in cuts and bruises, his one eye swollen, his patrician nose and high cheekbones, fractured. The golden hair was matted with blood, showing a head injury, although Armand could not yet gauge how serious it was.
OR
Armand nurses Lestat back to health, but when he awakes, it becomes clear that he’s suffering from amnesia, and thinks that he and Armand are still lovers. Armand calls Louis in for help, but Lestat doesn’t remember his fledgling. How will the three of them navigate this new set of circumstances? And will Lestat regain his memories?
