SCHEDULE

January 15: Signups open
February 15: Signups close
February 16: Assignments sent out
March 1: Check-in! Last day to drop
March 15: Gifts due
March 20: Gifts posted, authors revealed!

1. Please be considerate of your fellow participants! Absolutely NO harrassment/ship-hate/bad attitudes allowed! Be kind to each other and do your best.

2. Fics must be at least 1,000 words and in English.

3. Artwork should be at least 600 x 400 pixels in size.

4. For simplicity's sake, the exchange will be run on AO3 only! The tumblr account is for questions, announcements, etc., but to actually participate in the exchange, you will need an AO3 account. If you do not have one, you can request one at http://archiveofourown.org/invite_requests , or contact the mod via the tumblr account to have one sent to you!

5. Your sign-up will determine what ships and characters your match will bring up, but it will NOT determine whether you receive art or fic. So if you have any sort of disability or extenuating circumstances that you believe should be taken into consideration in this regard, please make it clear in your sign-up! We all want everybody to have the best possible experience.

6. Tell the mod ASAP if you have to default! The sooner you let them know, the sooner our pinch-hitters can get to work on filling in! Don't feel guilty, just shoot a quick ask over to the tumblr, and you should get a confirmation within the next day or two.

7. PLEASE respond to the check-in email as soon as possible! After 48 hours you'll be automatically defaulted, so keep an eye on your inbox the day of check-in to avoid being dropped by mistake!

8. Want to be a pinch-hitter? Fill out the pinch-hit signup through the submit box on tumblr! The instructions will be on the submit page.

9. PLEASE don't cross-post your work until after authors/artists have been revealed! It would suck if someone's surprise got ruined early!

10. Hopefully this is clear from the title, but this exchange is for PALE SHIPS only. If you want to mention or feature other quadrants in your work, that's totally fine! But the focus should be moirallegiance, since this exchange is meant to put a spotlight on one of the less prominent quadrants in the fandom.

*11. (Not so much a rule as a suggestion) - This is the first gift exchange I've run! I fully intend to keep it going, however, so if you have any feedback/constructive criticism/comments/tips, it'd be much appreciated!
