It's been a hell of a tough year and Hizashi can't keep going like this. The League's been defeated, but the eight months of distance Shota put between them is hard to cross. He just wants Shota to be happy, even if that means walking away.

Summary
All Might's lesson plan was well meaning, but Izuku wished that maybe he could have been excused from class. He didn't want to listen to his classmates debate a hypothetical scenario which was in fact an actual day in the life of Izuku. Also if Kacchan could make it through class without killing someone that would be great.
It was great that none of his classmates remembered the first day of school when Kacchan tried to tell everyone he was quirkless, until now.

At the same time though, acceptance does not necessarily mean they are well-informed on the subject. His classmates might be well-intentioned, but sometimes the words that come out of their mouths cut deeper than even he could have ever expected."
