(1) Brock Rumlow and Jack Rollins don't rape the Winter Soldier but it's not about morality. (2) Brock Rumlow and Jack Rollins rape the Winter Soldier but regret it. (3) Brock Rumlow and Jack Rollins rape the Winter Soldier, do not regret it, but display vague signs of humanity for unknown reasons.
If you're looking for non-HTP stories where these guys are actual good people, this is not it.
