"Enid is up!" Yoko grumbles, flopping dramatically onto the bed in between the two Sirens. Her arm drapes over her forehead in the most exaggerated way as she exhales.
"Still?" Divina frowns, hand finding Yoko's baby-hairs to play with. "Do we know what's wrong yet?"

When one refuses to use their trust fund until they've built their own fortune, one needs money. Wednesday Addams finds working in her university library to be a tolerable enough means of income, until one day she's forced to allow the hyper yet admittedly attractive new help desk worker to shadow her for job training.
When you transfer schools across the country to get away from the toxic family you just cut off, you really need money. Enid Sinclair is happy to work at her new university's library, and hopes to make some new friends in her coworkers until the girl who's been asked to train her turns out to be both really hot and also kind of an asshole.
Oh, and someone keeps trying to set the library on fire. So that's a problem.

But even with that, the group seemed to be grateful even for that, since all of them had little knowledge about the Addams. It was a great opportunity to get to know better... their friend.
"No." It was all she got from Wednesday, who didn't even look at her. She liked the so-called 'truth' as no one could tell if she was lying or not, so she could make up answers to every question based on what she wanted others to know about her.
"But what about these on your thighs - Oh." Enid finally understood why her girlfriend wanted to die so much, when she facepalmed herself.
She was blushing furiously and somehow, Wednesday was blushing too.

Wednesday Addams did not enjoy communication outside of threatening remarks and bitter retorts. She didn't partake in gossip, in small talk, and most certainly not in heart-to-hearts. Her family, her peers, several therapists had tried and failed to get her to open up. Yet Enid Sinclair, drenched in color and every bit her opposite, had pulled truth from her lungs like she was doing nothing more strenuous than taking an evening stroll. And she'd done it immediately. Enid talked and Wednesday found she cared enough to listen. Wednesday talked because she cared enough to trust Enid. She also found she cared a little too much. It was an unfortunate problem.
