Jaskier turns to Geralt. “Geralt, this is Priscilla, my musical other half and pain in my ass.”
“Hello,” Geralt says uncertainly. “I thought you were Essi?”
“Essi stepped back. I’m here now,” she says as if that explains everything. Unfortunately, just then the barkeep showed up with a tankard of ale.
“A gift for Callonetta.”
“Thank you, Aleksy.” She gives him a smile and he blushes before retreating.
“You go by three names?” Geralt asks.
Jaskier sighs as if Geralt is the one being difficult. “Callonetta is her stage name.”

Summary
During his second round of Trials the mages strip Geralt of his emotions, leaving only anger, annoyance and indifference behind. Around the same time, Geralt starts being haunted by blue eyes.
Can he make them go away for good?

Eskel and Gweld pester him every day to unload his feelings on them like they used to do when everything became too much, yet he doesn’t seem to have any feelings left to unload. He’s indifferent.
Always indifferent.
He doesn’t remember what joy feels like; doesn’t think he ever felt it to begin with.
What are feelings anyway?
