Alex Horne leads a perfectly acceptable and normal life working admin for the town council.
Until one day, he receives a mysterious invitation.
Alex had lived in Chesham for nearly three years, and he had never heard of this Chesham Bury Manor. And a ball, a masquerade ball at that… it seemed far too fancy of an event for this little town.
And perhaps of even greater pertinence…far too fancy an event for the likes of Alex Horne.
