If it's a retranslation of a fanfiction written by you, yes.
NOTE: If want submit a retranslation of a fanfiction not writter by you, first ask the permission to a fanwriter.
What about a fanfiction written in tandem with another fanwritwriter?
In author's notes to beggining of chapter write: "This fanfiction written by [your nick] and/together with [nick of your friends]" or in author's notes to end of chapter add a note to thanks all the pepole who helped you eventually adding the link of their profile on AO3 or another site/social network.
