I wanted to give a forum for ideas so this is it!

I want to give a forum for ideas for other authors to grasp on. I hope this suffices. Here is my first prompt.

Ashlyn Harris/Ali Krieger

What if in different positions they currently are, they are battling for the same position? Either Ali would be Goalkeeper or Ashlyn be Left Back. They meet for the first time at camp and then they find out they are battling for the position. A rivalry brews that takes it to complicated levels as they start to like each other. A angsty slow burn and a dive into what struggles they go through as they battle each other and their feelings for each other.

I want to see if anyone is up for trying her. I think she is the most fascinating girl out of all of the National team players and would like to try to see if they want to pull a story from her. Bit to her character but from that free reign. Good luck.

Sydney LeRoux/ Kristie Mewis

Those two. Often Called "LeMew" and Besties thick and thin. What if after LeRoux's Marriage falls apart. It gives an opening that Kristie never though she would have... Again. She had a night where Syd Kissed Kristie but Syd doesn't remember the next morning and Kristie doesn't remind her. Years later she is still on her mind, and that feeling of what was liked to have her wanting like she at one pointed wanted Dom. This one a igniter of romance, and very much emotional roller coaster for both. Very angsty and even has its dark moments (like a bit of a spiral as Sydney gets snubbed for the starting spot for the Olympics adding on to the messy divorce between the two.) Not too fluffy but it can get it bits of cool whip soon enough. The ending, can be up to you.

Tobin Heath/Alex Morgan

"That photo, that photo she can feel as ever close she can to Lex"

Angst is all over this. That photo of Tobin and Alex after winning the world cup, where Tobin is wrapped up in the flag with Alex. Put a story of supposed one sided angst in one of the two. Let it go back to when they first met at their first national camp. See how the feelings come into play with that picture.

Ashlyn / Ali / Whitney Engen???

Yes I went there, Never seen it happen in a story and I think a good love triangle would shake it up. Ashlyn is tired waiting on hands and feet to Ali being with her, then suddenly, Whitney tells her feelings towards Ashlyn. They go out, and it would be the edge for Ali and begins the fight for Ashlyn, with all of this happening after the world cup.

Or Ashlyn and Whitney fake dates each other to get Ali Jealous, but as Ashlyn finally gets Ali to notice, Whitney falls for her best friend. Then things get really muddled!

Hope Solo / Kelley O'Hara

Hope Solo, top goalkeeper, but not so much as a teammate. She doesn't get along with her teammates and coaches so much that, Seattle trades her to Sky Blue FC... "That team, in NJ that doesn't sound like a team, in NJ." She goes to a new place and meets a special teammate in a young Kelley O'Hara before she made the team. How she will get along with them? And get along with the squirrel that keeps circling her life as she circles the competition?
