Summary
Hell, despite his vicious nature and notorious reputation, Kidd is capable of giving some modicum of respect. He smirks slightly. Regarding the drive to tear down the older generation, Kidd supposes those who fought alongside him on the top of the island deserve at least that from him.

Summary
Sabo finally reaches Ace’s tombstone. Resting proudly on top of it is an adult Ace’s signature orange hat and his beloved dagger with its matching green sheath. It’s a sight Sabo can see behind his eyelids even when he’s fast asleep. A true testament to the number of times he’s dropped by before.
(or: Sabo, the Chief of Staffs of the Revolutionary Army, the regrets that weight on his heart, and the distant light of stars.)

Summary
To Ace, the letter serves as a memento, a keepsake from Sabo. Ultimately, Ace's already memorized all of its content. Even the Take care of him part that's smudged and forever lost thanks to a droplet of tears he shed years and years ago.
