Summary
It’s a serene day in the corridors of the royal palace.
Some with friends, others with family but all with loved ones.
And that includes the royal family.
Or, where a certain firelord tries to fight against the force that is his children, forgetting the fact that their stubbornness comes from the immoveable rock that is their mother.

Summary
Neither of them had to ask what the other was doing. This was simply how their evenings went. The Fire Lord could spend his entire day deciding the future of his nation, while the Fire Lady could spend hers making sure those decisions reached the people they were meant to help. But once the palace doors closed behind them, they were allowed to be nothing more than Zuko and Toph.
