  Summary

  In the chilly streets of the grand Yoyleland, Marker is excited to get out of the alley way he claimed as home in the town over and see his new home that the Yoyle Government had so graciously given him. This was a miracle! Though it seemed like his strange new neighbor, Pen, didn't think so.

  Surely there was no way the government had malicious intentions with new laws they were quietly passing that slowly started restricting the citizens of Yoyleland's privacy, free speech, and.. also increased surveillance, right?
