It wasn’t Karamatsu’s style, not his hand writing, there was no way that the shaky ink and harsh words were real. His brother was probably off somewhere waiting for him to find his letter and then he’d dash right back in with that stupid smirk and puffed chest, with a painful line already dripping from his teeth.

Summary
1. The Multiple Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from multiple one-sided love, where the patient coughs up flower petals. It only affects people who suffer from a severe case of one-sided relationships with other people, be it co-workers, family, friends or lovers. The infection is not legally approved yet to be removed through surgery, as feeling such as empathy and compassion is removed along with the petals.
Karamatsu starts coughing up flower petals and no one believes him when he tells them it's not a party trick.
