“You hearing yourself?” A slim, blond eyebrow is slowly being lifted. “You don’t even like me, dumbass.”
Or, Bakugo Katsuki confesses his love for Midoriya Izuku the same way he does everything: bluntly. It starts the strangest Game of Gay Chicken in existence. Class 3-A is exasperated.

Summary
Pro Hero Bakugou Katsuki is on his way... to the bottom. His ratings suck, his reputation sucks, and even his agency has it out for him. Katsuki can see rock-bottom coming, but he can do nothing but brace for the inevitable, painful impact.
Meanwhile, Midoriya Izuku hit rock bottom months ago. He's pulling himself back to his feet, working shitty jobs with shitty pay and just doing his best to eat most days. At least he's not in debt anymore, though. At least he has a roof over his head.
On Katsuki's way down and on Izuku's way up, they catch each other.

Or, after five years apart, Katsuki and Izuku meet again under equally humbling circumstances. Things improve from there.
