DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT A PROMPT TO PARTICIPATE AS AN AUTHOR
Not at all! You also don’t have to be an author to submit a prompt. We'll be accepting prompts from everyone during this event!✨
CAN YOU HELP ME SET UP AN AO3 ACCOUNT?
Yes! If you don’t have an Ao3 account yet, we have invites available to send out. Just let us know before we get to submissions and we’ll work with you.✨
HOW DO CHECK-INS WORK?There will be two check-ins during the duration of this event to check that you’re still participating in the event.There’s no word count requirement during check-ins, but we do ask that you provide some form of WIP with us so we know you’re still with us!

CAN I SUBMIT A CHAPTERED FIC?
Yes you can! As long as your first chapter meets the minimum 1000 words, you can submit it for your claimed prompt.✨
CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS EVEN AFTER REVEALS
Sure! Just let the mods know by email before the posting date. We’ll denote your decision in our directory and keep the Anonymous tag on your work even after reveals.✨
CAN I GET AN EXTENSION
Absolutely! This event should be fun for the participants! If you’re finding you’re having trouble meeting the submission date, please reach out to us and we’ll figure something out!✨
I NEED TO DROP OUT
We’re sad to see you go, but we understand. If you need to drop out at any time, please just reach out to the mods to let us know. There’ll be no hard feelings, we promise!

Rules:
GENERAL
chenmark must be the main focus of the fic or prompt you submit! Fics with poly ships including chenmark are also permitted. You’re also welcome to include any other side pairings you like, provided the prompt allows it.This fest is OT22 😊Minors will not be allowed to prompt or write NSFW content.✨
SENSITIVE CONTENT
We are allowing NSFW submissions, but we do ask that you ensure your fic is properly tagged for sensitive themes or triggering content.Additionally, fics containing the sexualization of minors is prohibited during this event.✨
PROMPTING
Prompting will be completely anonymous with no limitations to how many prompts a participant sends in. The prompt archive will include remaining prompts from Round 1 and will be available to participants prior to sign-ups beginning.Self-prompting is allowed and will be included in the writer sign-up form!✨
WRITING
Writers can claim a prompt during sign ups. Up to 3 writers can claim the same prompt. Sign ups will be open to writers for the entire duration of the fest!Your submission must meet the minimum 1000 word count. Once you submit your completed work, you’re free to claim another prompt!We ask that writers remain anonymous on Ao3 until reveals.
