Summary
Barbara und Bernhard leben in Scheidung. Das erste Jahr ist einsam und leer. Die neue Wohnung von Barbara ist zwar ein Dach über dem Kopf, aber kein Zuhause. Besonders das erste Weihnachten, bei dem alle anderen, die sie kennt, glücklich in ihren Kleinfamilien feiern, fällt ihr die Decke auf den Kopf. Aber manchmal ist man weniger alleine, als man denkt. Manchmal kommen neue Verbindungen aus einer ganz unverhofften Ecke.

She rolled her eyes at your attitude, but didn’t let go of your hand. In fact, she rubbed her thumb over the back of your hand quite a few times. You were relieved to see her shoulders very slightly relax even though her anxiousness was still plain.
“You don’t have to join me.” Eve said, her hand almost pulling from your own completely. You wouldn’t allow it.
