Archive of Our Own

This is a collection of different Dragon Age fics and other DA-centered written fanworks written by members of the Dragon Age Den. The Den is a Discord server originating on Tumblr; it's intended to function as a cozy space during the current health crisis. (Server join link: https://discord.gg/RrV6RTn)

This collection is for SFW content only.

Any Den member is welcome to share their written fanworks to this collection. Sharing them to this collection is not a requirement - if you would rather just post it in the writing share channel in Discord, that's fine too! Only post your own work. Fic recs of other peoples' work belong in Discord. Feel free to post your work both here and in Discord, that's totally fine.

Any kind of written fanworks are welcome to be added - fic, ficlets, drabbles, poetry, etc - as long as they are about Dragon Age. "Dragon Age" is defined as the entire franchise and includes all games, novels, comics and other secondary official media. WIPs are fine to add. Fanworks both old and new are welcome; it doesn't need to be something written newly and specifically for the Den or the collection! You can add multiple works to the collection, just be considerate of others and don't add a heap all at once.

Please follow relevant Den rules when interacting via this collection i.e. ones pertaining to stuff like being respectful and not spamming and so forth, as well as A03 rules and conventions as regards spoilers, tagging, ratings etc.

Leaving kudos, feedback and comments on other peoples' work in the collection is really encouraged alongside posting your own things to it. This isn't required but it's a nice thing to do and helps foster community. Acceptable comments are ones of praise and respectful constructive criticism. If your conduct here isn't okay, you'll be warned or removed from the Discord server as you would if you had done so in the server.

Please be sensible and use discretion when sharing work to this collection! There are some rather notorious examples of DA fandom fanworks floating about that did the fandom rounds at the time and were notable in a bad way for their content. They don't need repeating, but be sensible and careful with what you add here, and in a general sense be a kind and respectful human. :)

If you're unsure about anything, have any queries or spot any issues please get in touch with a Discord mod or tag a mod in the writing or suggestions channels.

If you post your fics to the collection and it's been a day or two and it still has not appeared, feel free to contact or @ me via Discord and I'll approve it next time I get a chance.

** This is the SFW version of the collection i.e. no smut please. Please post NSFW fics to the other collection, which you can find the link to pinned in the writing channel in the NSFW area of the Discord if you are over 18. **
