Q: Is this for divorce specifically, or are breakups allowed? some of my ships would never get married.
A: As long as they have Big Divorced Energy (e.g. Anakin and Obi-Wan), I'll allow it.

Q: what counts as divorced in the fic? is it "official dissolution of marriage" or would termination of an in-world marrige equivalent (formalized bond) qualify?
A: both would qualify for this exchange!

Q: do the characters need to be divorced in canon?
A: not at all! they just need to be divorced (or equivalent) in the fic!

Q: What about couples who cohabitate?
A: dissolution of cohabitation would qualify for the purposes of this exchange

Q: Wait, I want Character A divorcing Character B to be with Character C -- what do I request/offer?
A: You'd request/offer the divorced/divorcing couple, so A/B. Your creator is not obligated to write you A/C, but you're totally welcome to ask for it in your ODs!
