Luz was a human, and humans were an unfortunate blind spot in his studies, so Hunter had no idea what she needed. And even if he’d known for certain what would help alleviate Luz’s symptoms, he hadn’t even been in the Owl House for a week at this point. He had no idea where to look for supplies, or information for that matter.
All of which led directly to the second problem; Hunter was going to have to ask Eda for help.

Hunter, she reminds herself, He’s just Hunter now. Hunter has only been with them for a few days now, but she’s already seeing some pretty strange patterns. Patterns that would have been worrying no matter who the kid was, but are especially distracting given that he’s Belos’s kid.
Hunter has been cleaning nonstop.
