Summary
When the Winchesters catch wind of two suspicious deaths in a small religious community in Nebraska, Sam thinks it's a case. Dean thinks it's the work of a cult, a.k.a. none of their business.
They decide to check it out, and what they find is much worse than a simple salt and burn: a preternatural entity has latched onto two teenage boys, tormenting them in the form of the person they desire most--each other.
As Sam and Dean race against the clock to save Ryan and Naim, Dean must confront some long-buried feelings about his own teenage years.

Summary
His hands stop their desperate attempts at getting free, and instead, find the sides of Naim’s face. Naim’s concentrated and furious expression falters a bit, looking bewildered as Ryan starts to stroke his thumb along his cheekbone.
It could be the oxygen-deprivation, but Ryan wonders, for a moment, that maybe The Thing craves gentle affection too.

Summary
Ryan’s head hasn’t stopped swimming with thoughts– he wants to say so much, and ask so many questions, even if he’s scared of the answers. More than anything, he wants to apologize profusely. But what he thinks about now is the inevitable dread of splitting up to their houses when they get back– the cold night and colder house with people who don’t speak to him before he goes to bed anymore.
He thinks back to the mill. He doesn’t know if anything will ever be like that again.
Plus, Naim’s gaze puts any coherent thoughts out of his head. Naim’s gaze darting to his lips, and back, and moving towards him feels like some siren call. And he's not really well equipped to deal with resisting that.
