Summary
Lou thought that escaping into the woods would mean his death after nightfall. Instead, against all reason, he finds an occupied cabin in the unsurvivable forest. It's difficult to imagine what kind of person would have made their home out here, but Lou is out of options. He is freezing, wet, and exhausted to the bone. He desperately wants to be out of the cold and the dark. He can only hope the person inside will allow him to stay the night.
