hi, this is where sparrow is hiding.

somewhere along the way while posting chapters, i realised i don’t really feel good about the story anymore. every time i’m about to update, i end up lowkey hating the chapter.

i write a lot, and i’ve never felt this way about any of my finished works. i think the problem is that i’m posting while i’m still writing, so i’m going to finish the whole story before i bring it back.

i only removed it because seeing so much love for it makes me feel guilty that i don’t want to update.

i love and appreciate you all so much. your comments have genuinely made me cry more than once, and i don’t want to disappoint you.

sparrow will be the longest thing i’ve ever written, so it’ll take some time.

in the meantime, i’m close to finishing something new. it’s fully written, set in 1819, and of course it’s gego. writing it has been such a breath of fresh air, and i’m so excited to share it with you. i really hope you’ll love it too.

i pinky promise i’m not abandoning sparrow! it’s very important to me and my own experience and i can’t imagine it unfinished! give me a few months :)
