Summary
Everyone keeps insisting that Keith is dead; no one but Shiro seems interested in keeping his memory alive. Keith is a dying flame, cradled in the cathedral between Shiro’s palms and Shiro is his sole shelter against the oncoming storm.
“I made a promise," Shiro says. "I told Keith I'd never give up on him—and I won’t.”
“What happens when one of our satellites finds the Persephone? How will you convince yourself he’s still out there?” Adam pauses, “How many times are you going to keep doing this to yourself?”
“As many times as it takes. Until I find him.”
Officer Keith Kogane pilots the Kerberos mission. Shiro loses his best friend to the vacuum of space.

Summary
Pidge rolled her eyes. Reaching past him, she snatched the heart. Hunk reached to steal it back, but she danced out of his reach. She opened the paper heart and read, "'Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm allergic to flowers, but I want to do you.' Oh my gosh, that was bad."
Hunk felt his cheeks heat up, a blush spreading across his face. "I-I don't think that's for me."
Pidge sighed. "Oh, it's for you alright, but you should ignore it. Whoever sent it is an idiot." -

“Takashi Shirogane, if you do not stop staring at that barista, I swear-”
Shiro started, quickly spinning around. “I, uh, I wasn’t staring him. I was, um, rearranging the flowers.” He turned backed to fiddled with the geraniums displayed on the windowsill.
Matt glared at him with exasperated eyes. “For the fifth time this morning?”
