    Yes, without Sally, there's not much motivation to go. Its obvious in the book, he mostly goes to get her back, and saving the world along the way, is more a secondary thought. Helping Poseidon get his reputation clean is certainly a possible motivator, but yeah its not the same level so...we'll see how this goes down.

    Percy having encountered various gods along the way, will have consequences for the quest an dhow it plays out, and thats all I'll say here to avoid spoilers.

    I will try to do a slightly more nuanced Zeus, who will still be an asshole and paranoid and whatnot, but also maybe not completely beyond reason. So, no exploding bus this time, for instance. It "helps" that should he discover what Poseiodn did, the consequences would be so much worse than canon, so that makes it more important to be careful around Zeus.

    I have pinned down the entire voting on the whole Zeus vs. POseidon counicl meeting an dwho sides with whom there and for what reason as background material to work with. And most of thosw who know more than they should about Poseidon's doings, will be aware he did not do this, yeah. As far as protection goes...its thin ice for everyone especially while Zeus is watching, but...we'll find out who does what to help.

    Poseiodn will do that, yeah. The downside of gods forging a close bond with mortals. Which is kinda the reason the interference law came to be in the first place. P. is quite attatched. Well, uh, lets hope it won't come that far?

    The (eventual) SEafam tag is there for a reason. Amphitrite will come up at some point. I will also say that Percy might have encountered one or two of his underwater family members already, he just doesn't know (yet). We will get ot her thoughts on the situation at...some point, but probably not for a good while.
    I will also say, that Poseidon has an easier time living on land then Amphy or mos t of the others would have, due to him having more domains related to it. That might be adressed later on, we'll see.
