Comment on I Don't Think They Get Me, Dear

I haven't actually decided yet if they're going to use Diana's lasso or not. We'll have to see when we get there.

I get what you mean - it makes sense that they can't fully stop Batman, Nightwing and Robin from going out, especially since Batman is the one who heads Gotham's vigilantes. They can definitely stop them from working in teams, whetehr suspending them or just icing them out, but that wouldn't stop them from working independently. I do think they could present an ultimatum: Robin is benched indefinitely while seeking therapy or Nightwing and Batman are both cut off from their teams. The only issue with that is that typically Batman supplies a lot of the League's funding, so they may not be able to afford to go through with such a threat.

I do think therapy is the end goal for Damian at least - i'm less sure about Bruce and Dick, though they'd both also benefit. For them something like parenting classes maybe more beneficial in this case since they both failed Damian as his guardians. (I hadn't considered public perceptions of the new Robin, but i think Gothamites at least would be aware of and dislike the change. This coming out could be a last straw amongst them, in that case, and they could actually say things about Damian's behavior on social media and in the news for instance to get Batman's attention.) Damian would at the very least be banned from any joint team missions until he's proven he's changed (also, Jon unfortunately doesn't exist in this universe, similar to Duke. I don't know enough about his backstory to work him into an otherwise post-crisis era story, knowing he originates after that but not much else about him)

(Also: no necesitas usar Google Translate! Entiendo un poco de español y puedo usar Google translate si no entiendo. Mi español no es perfecto, pero lo es sufiecientemente)

    1. What if Tim made it part of his contingency plan to fund the justice league for this cause Tim was raised by two rich parents even after they went bankrupt he should have like a trust fund or something. He should have some money and also he’s the main shareholder of Wayne enterprise so he should have money so he could fund the justice league I think.

Hmm okay, thoughts here: as far as we know, I'm pretty sure any money left to him by Jack Drake was already used for the place he had in Blüdhaven following Jack's death. He may still have some of it, but i'm not sure how much it was. And yes, he does have money from working for WE here, but bare in mind that this wasn't a real contingency of his. He had Cassie, Kon and Bart say it was a contingency, but really it was just a plan he scrabbled together in the moment. The League also don't know that Tim can communicate with their dimension - the League doesn't know anything about what's happened to him actually, just that he's gone and his friends suspect Robin was involved in his disappearance. I feel like if it had been part of a contingency it would've been mentioned, but it could theorhetically be mentioned when discussing everything relating to the situation.
