      Nope, the information Exocoemon!me is stating here comes straight from canon; no timeloop required. Things really *did* go that poorly in the show — hence Exocoemon!me's decision here (influenced by Cherubimon's "boon") that I clearly have to do everything myself. ;) Glad you enjoyed!
