    YEAH! I thought so too! There's no way Pix just picked up Sam X one day and was like "ah yes, this is all mine now." She has to understand that she's walking in Nya's legacy, but also shaping Sam X to be her own identity. I just think it's really interesting dflsajads

    Look, I'm not complaining, blue is my favorite color (hehe) I once (stupidly) asked my friend why there wasn't a yellow ninja, and she had to remind me that the minifigs ARE yellow.... I sometimes GENUINELY forget that they're lego minifigs and not like anime characters...

      I loved exploring Pix's feelings as she took up the Samurai X mantle after being stuck in Zane's head for so long. I think a big part of why she didn't speak up about wanting a body sooner was she didn't want to be ungrateful to Zane, he saved her life on multiple occasions. She wants to thank him, to help him, but also find herself and her own purpose, you know?
      The fact it was one woman not being taken seriously as a member of the team, handing it over to ANOTHER woman not being taken seriously as a member of the team, is both poetic and also kinda sad that it had to happen twice?
      Blue is also my favourite colour! (aparently it is the most common favourite colour lol). I'm sure there would have been discussions of blue vs yellow for lightning, and the yellow skin makes a compelling argument why yellow wasn't chosen, Jay would just look naked! Arin is now the bright-light-orange ninja, which is just different enought to be fine.
