Certainly Tidal Testament is a battle-ending move — if it doesn't finish Cherubimon off, it's questionable what Ariemon!me and ShadowSeraphimon would even do. Flee, most likely? Even in just taking the world's collected data away from him (not to mention wrecking his base) we've deprived him of some crucial resources, so he'd still be weaker if we needed to get help and try again. But somehow I doubt giving Cherubimon time to recover and let him head out on the warpath in person would work out very well as a long term plan. So if that did happen, and the kids still intended to help with this issue, they'd better get here fast... ;)
