Comment on Useful as a Liar is to Hope

  1. ngl since the first relationship tag is the suika&xeno one, i thought for sure xeno would be the one accidentally revived first so i was surprised when it was stan instead!! but i think i have an inkling now of why it happened that way ;) only time will tell i suppose

so! i think i picked up on what happened at the end. luna never threw the bottle so suika was never able to find them. she didnt have the clue to search higher up so when it became risky, she stopped. stan probably noticed luna was missing since shes one of the three (four?) of senku's group hes familiar with, so he went out looking for her probably after looking through suika's things while she slept and determining nothing was of use? maybe he went back to the cracked bottle where he was revived and nothing matched with it. he also either took note of her leg or decided she wasn't as safe as he'd be going off into the wild, so him ditching her was in line with one of those. i think it may have been more on the burn that kept suika home-bound, considering his reckless/risky comment and then just figuring she'd ventured out pretty far if the trodden path created from her back-and-forth looking for luna and chelsea is still there as evidence to such. so him being out all day was him quite literally going all the way out to where the girls were and bringing the bottle back for xeno. when i clued in that he was looking for the two, i did kinda figure that he'd be able to carry them both back at the same time, albeit maybe not without stopping here and there. but idk if he did so anymore? he probably was concentrated on the revival fluid and using it on xeno.

and now here we are!! oh i am so excited to see next chapter and confirm if my suspicions are correct.

    1. I love the theories! We will have to see if that's the case!

As for the tag thing, I kinda wish there was a way to show off that they're kinda equal in relevance, but unfortunately even ao3 has its limits
