    I would be shocked if Nicole didn't at least have one page shoved up her ass (since it's an obvious way to move the plot forward). But the question is, what's going to stop a vengeful Kelly or Megan from offing Nicole then and there, let alone forcing her into fessing up to all her crimes before killing her? I can't wait for the next part, I have faith in our author ^O^
