You definitely succeeded there! It gives off a very creepy, ominous vibe. And I am really liking those investigations. I think it makes sense that they continued trying to learn about what happened once they felt like they’d escaped for the moment.
That’s totally fair! It makes sense to copy parts of the actual recording, and likely makes it feel more authentic to those who know the ride as well. I saw you cited your sources and I don’t think you need to go back and rewrite it. I think it’s good this way too!

The Tower of Terror at Tokyo DisneySea is actually the third Tower of Terror to ever open at a Disney park and is the first one to feature this story! The other three Tower of Terror rides (well, two ever since 2017 when Disney California Adventure's Tower of Terror got rebranded to Guardians of the Galaxy) are themed around The Twilight Zone series where a group of five people consisting of a celebrity couple, a young celebrity girl with her nanny, and a bellhop working at the Hollywood Tower Hotel (the hotel where the Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida and Walt Disney Studios in Paris takes place in) who board an elevator on Halloween in 1939 during a lightning storm where a lightning bolt strikes the elevator from the outside, causing all five of those people to disappear into the Twilight Zone and the Hollywood Tower Hotel was closed down. That one is also an interesting story (there's a whole movie about it, which I highly recommend!), but I personally feel like the one at Tokyo DisneySea has a much more interesting and in-depth story.

Huh, that's interesting! They're really expensive to go to, but I definitely recommend going to one! I've only been to the Disney resorts in Florida and Paris, and I went on both of their Tower of Terror rides! They were both super fun!!
The one in Paris got an update in 2019 called "A New Dimension of Chills", where it's still themed to The Twilight Zone with those five guests disappearing in the elevator, but you can get one of three possible stories every time you ride, and all of them feature that little celebrity girl as the main character! One of the stories is actually about these creatures who infest the elevator shaft and prey on human sound, and they actually used Shiriki Utundu's laughter to represent those creatures! I rode the one in Paris before they updated it to this, so I got to do its original version, and it was actually way less intense than it is now!

It certainly does look like fun! The videos I've seen make it seem like the new revamp fits the ride very well! It definitely is a fun theme, and very fitting, too! I was pretty shocked when I learned they used Shiriki's laugh for the shaft creatures, and I was scared to watch the video for that reason (as I said back in "The Remorse", Shiriki Utundu used to give me nightmares), but I have seen a video of it, and I was completely fine!

I find it really ironic that Wander Over Yonder is the first (and technically only) fandom I've written fanfics for because I never used to like the show! I saw the episode "The Pet" a long time ago because it was randomly on TV, and I thought it was really weird. I then rediscovered WOY while watching a clip from Gravity Falls and just avoided it entirely without giving it a chance because I thought it was a weird show and just didn't like it. Then, a few years ago, I began to research the show to see what it was like and if I would've enjoyed it, and I began getting really intrigued. I finally gave the show a try this past summer when I watched a 9-minute-long compilation video of every time Wander got angry or was just done with everyone's nonsense, and then I watched "The Gift 2: The Giftening". It was then that I became hooked to the show, and it's now one of my top three (Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are the other two) favorite shows ever right now!!!

I already have a couple in mind that I really wanna write when I'm done with this!!! That's really interesting! I can see that, as it can seem like kind of a weird show if you just see one episode. I actually never heard of it until a year and a half ago when I found a youtube compilation as well, though mine was called 'No One In Wander Over Yonder Was Straight.' It seemed like a really funny show, so my partner and I checked it out and we both really liked it, though I got super addicted. I managed to get a couple of my friends into it too! I've been hooked since then.

Exactly!! This show does that to me as well!! Wander Over Yonder is just so fun to write for because, as a comment I read on here said, there's almost no fanfics for it online, so pretty much every idea is new!! I also love seeing what kind of backstories and other stuff people come up with; it really helps me feel like this show is still alive despite it being done for nearly 10 years now.

It's also a hard stop for me as well when reading WOY fanfics. This is especially true after I read those two WOY fanfic series I told you about before that basically traumatised me, so you are not alone in that. I'm able to handle heartbreak, but mainly if there's a happy ending. So happy you're looking forward to my future stories!!
Like I said before, if at any point reading this (and/or any future stories of mine) you become worried about what's gonna happen, I will give you a rundown of my plans to make sure they'll be doable to read (I won't spoil anything unless you ask me to), and I will adjust anything I need to if necessary to help you stay comfortable! I will also add trigger warnings whenever necessary, so that way you can decide for yourself whether you're comfortable reading it or not!
