    I like that you're fleshing out both Bruce's story and character through Lydia's POV. I'm also happy he has someone who understands, sympathizes and empathizes with him. It makes him feel less alone aside from having Buddy, so I'm touched by the conversation he and Lydia had since it provided Bruce someone who could listen and talk to him with genuine, good intentions. 🥹
