    Getting to see the creation of this and you descending into the depths of Dratchet on this one was soooo good to see hehe
    The power of Dratchet fr fr ✊

    I love how you start with Drift waiting for Ratchet to come "home" - his home on the Lost Light, his home with Ratchet, his home that is his and no one can ever take it away from him again 🥺

    Hehe whiny Roddy you will always be famous <3 he's Primus' special little princess and he needs his best friend time okay??? Alas Drift has picked him up by the collar and kicked him out /silly

    Ratchet brightening up as soon as he sees Drift!! That's his conjunx!! He loves him!! And Ratchet looking so much happier than he was when he first started their journey will never not make me feel things. Also napper Ratchet real and true <3 Drift may be his true love but his first love will always be a nap <3

    Throughout this whole fic I loooooove how clingy they are - they need to be as close together as inhumanly possible and get so snuggled and wiggle into every little gap and it's so good. I love characters who love each other :3

    All their little decorations and knick knacks just show how their lives are intertwined in every way now - across universes and millennia, brought together in one cozy space that's theirs. I have to say my favourite is the little fairy lights - of course Drift would have some up hehe :3

    ACE DRIFT ACE DRIFT!!! THE CROWD (me) GOES WILD!!!! It's so interesting to explore what asexuality means outside of what we know sex is, and I love the little mention of it here. He doesn't want that transfer of charge and excess data, but craves that physical and processor-level intimacy. Medical hardlining while snuggled up to Ratchet provides all that :3 He gets to be surrounded by Ratchet in every way and it feels so good, in a way that he never thought he would get to have.

    And then for Ratchet's end, at its base level he's just getting medical readouts but it's so much more!! He gets to check in on Drift (and his loved ones) and make sure they're okay, and soothe his own processor by having that connection. Everything from the way he asks to his own presence against Drift's to how he gives Drift physical affection during the whole process just shows how much love he has for him. It's such an expression of love and trust for both sides and it just GETS me.
    And then of course Ratchet being so good and supportive of Drift not wanting to hardline that it's a nonissue :) they just care about each other, in whatever way that looks like for them.

    I am forever obsessed how Drift can't and doesn't hide anything from Ratchet - he's been there for some of Drift's lowest moments, and yet that hasn't stopped him from wanting him to be by his side. He's so vulnerable but being vulnerable is so safe with Ratchet <3

    Them being made for each other I - blows up
    Them meeting the middle in everything they do, everything they are is so core to their dynamic and I love how you have it here. They're devoted to each other in every way <3

    This was so sweet and lovely to read and you've just hit it out of the park once again <3 thank you for writing!!

      YEAH!!!!!!!!!! ITS HIS HOME!!!! it's their home they've made together and built together and came back to together and stayed on together and and and and and it's where they became friends and then returned to as lovers. Everything in their room is their lives meeting in one place, meshing together into something stronger. It's their home <3 they both have a home now <3

      Primus' special little princes... yeah he is <3 sigh. Look, Rodimus you see Drift all the time okay??? Who cares if it's for work??? you still see him??? let him have this Roddy c'mon be a good amica :(

      Ratchet/Naps is my true otp i hate to tell you i've been lying this whole time..... but yeag,... Ratchet being in a much better place now and it's because he's found his meaning. Without love there is no meaning, and now his life is full of it.

      YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! he's such a fairy lights guy....sigh. The soft yellow lighting <33. But yeah making their room a perfect blend of the two of them matters a lot to me :')

      ACE DRIFT ACE DRIFT!!!! I said pretty much what i wanted to about this in the fic but yeah!! i think it's interesting to explore how asexuality manifests in a sexless race, especially when you commented on bed time stories about it with the lack of wanting to spark merge in that one, plus here, the lack of wanting to hardline. Just... facinating to explore. I think the fandom should do it more
