   The Volunteers are absolutely amazing, massive kudos to them for making this wonderful site possible.

   There's honestly not that many sites I can think of (if any at all) that are made by the same people that the site is for. This site has brought me so much joy and I feel like there's a genuine community of people for each fandom. I don't know if I'd be in the place where I am now without ao3. Probably not. I don't even know if I'd be in the fandoms I'm currently in, be shipping the things I'm currently shipping, or even be writing fanfiction in the first place.
