    This is heartbreaking. In some ways, Caspian strikes me as still quite young--his dismissal of the Galman princess who "squints and has freckles," for one--and yet part of me ships Caspian and Lu. I can believe in this scenario playing out, with a ten-year-old, knobby-kneed Lucy feeling wrong in her skin the way young girls do, and Caspian never sparing her a glance.

      Thanks so much! I have a soft spot for Lucy/Caspian, but I wanted to try something exploring Lucy's awkwardness coming back as a girl. And yeah, I love Caspian, but he is sometimes terribly young!
