   Yes, that is included as part of the process! When checking for synonyms for these new canonicals, wrangling volunteers check both non-synonymous tags and tags which are currently synned to other canonical tags. Since we have a large number of tags to work through, as mentioned above, this process takes some time for us, so please wait at least three months after today before contacting Support about specific tags.
