    Oh my god!! I can believe you ended the chapter in that scene!! Can Kravitz die again? I mean I assume he isn't dead dead, otherwise the last chapter wouldn't be the longest one, what even are the rules for his phisical form? Does he even follow them anymore? I mean, I don't think it was supposed to have a beating heart. Will he go back to the astral plane? If he does go back to the astral plane will he choose to go back? Will he just come back the next day and pretend this didn't happen? God, Lucas face when he saw him would be so good! If Kravitz had only conjured his scythe!
    And that's not even concerning the whole Justi- ops, I mean Takko- subject. Does Kravitz leave his physical form behind if he dies in this weird inbetween he's in with his body? Will Takko find it? Will Takko assume he's dead (I mean he is, but you know what I mean)?
    Also when he forgot his tie and coat I thought maybe you had forgot you said his clothes were a construct, but then you did a call back and explained and it was so rewarding and of course I shouldn't have doubted you.
    Anyway, this chapter was a ride, I hope you mean it when you say the next (the last!) one is the longest because I'd read another 28k words of this fic

      Also, Kravitz, honey, you're also hiding a part of your identity to Takko and I know it's not the same thing, but you should give Takko a break and the benefit of the doubt. When you ready, no pressure, and also assuming you're alive and will ever come back to the material plane

        oh i definitely mean it when i say the next chapter is the longest! i just did a quick word count on it after doing some edits and it's like... 11k words? so YES about a quarter of the length of this fic is the next chapter, which will also answer many (most?) of your questions!!!

        poor kravitz is so busy having emotions he's not thinking about things from taako's point of view or his own situation too much!
