When would it be possible for me to put in an Invitation Request, as I am assuming that the list is still down? If it is possible then please add my name to the list. See my other comment for details.
They don't have an expected date, but when it is back up you need to go to the request page and put in your email. I suggest checking in one or two times a day, as it can be a while before you even receive an invite after requesting one.
