   I'm suprised by how low the october drive donations were, was the goal just lower this time

      October Drive hasn't actually started yet; it begins in an hour! Budget post always comes right before Drive so people can check and see where the money is going.

         So does that mean that "US$755,367.57 received so far (as of September 30, 2026) and US$872,571.85 projected to be received by the end of the year." was before the beginning of the October drive? And if so, that it was projected to to make about US$120,000 ? And if so, that the current (at time of writing) amount of donations of US$273,957.45 means that the withdrawal from reserves might not actually be needed? That would be amazing news!
