    Oh dear, I did not expect that ending, it fits but still now I am even more confused and with more questions than before. Thank you for writing this story. It was a fantastic ride!

        Ohh that's kind of you ;).
        1. If Ken told the doctors/police that he had killed Daisuke to escape, why he is allowed to walk free without there being a trial?
        2. Wasn't Ken scared to get into another relationship, after what Daisuke hat done to him?
        3. Why did he and the rest of the 'kids' did not see each other for so many years?
        4. What's the matter with his eye?

          In order:

          1. Ken disappeared for two years into the digital world. Keeping that in mind, they buried Daisuke in the digital world right after they left the maze. There was no record of him having actually died and the police would have no way of accessing the Digital world to get a body.

          Ken went under a lot of shit that two years that he had disappeared. When he told the doctor what happened(using Daisuke instead of Vamdemon's name), they pinned it to the traumatic event that happened and therefore considered it insanity. There was a trail, but without a body, and with Ken as mentally gone as he was, there was nothing they legally could do.

          2. Yep, that is what caused a relapse in the first place. Takeru fucked up, Ken flipped out. It added about two months on his stay. But, he was also able to sort it out between the difference. Being able to set aside the past and the future. Hikari kept an eye on them to make sure nothing happened like before, which helped Ken ease into it.

          3. This one is simple, time. Everyone's an adult, trying to get eleven different people with vastly different lives together is kinda hard. I used my own life for this. Trying to make plans with friends became much harder once we all started working. And if thee were more than four of us, it usually didn't happen. They kept in touch, and they did see each other, but not all eleven at the same time.

          4. It got torn out about...two months before Yamato and the others rescued Ken from the digital world, and breaking Vamdemon's hold on the digital world.
