Just for the avoidance of all doubt, Maedhros's thoughts about his mother were a product of having lived for far too long in a land under Morgoth's hand, having come back from torment to responsibility and building a frontier without rest, the terrible defeat of the Nirnaeth, losing Fingon and five of his brothers under terrible circumstances, guilt for Doriath, particularly Eluréd and Elurín, and guilt for having given up on hope of help from Valinor and having attacked the Havens in despair. He is wrong about her. And Maglor and Feanor only found the idea at all convincing because they've been through it too.
I am writing about what Nerdanel and others in Tirion have been doing now, and am hoping I may get it completed and published tonight!
Hello again, wanted you to know that my dissapearance was/is based on irl stuff. Kinda had a bit of a hard time to keep up with things - especially about things that really got me engaged such as this one. I just wanted to as sincerely as possible state that your stories are truly wonderful and always manages to invite readers to experience the vibrant possibilities offered and join in with the characters within them.
All the best to you and may the stars themselves share their plot bunnies with you!
