Yeah it was a rough call, but Bakugou has always struck me as the kind of guy who strives for greatness by his own bootstraps. I felt like giving him OFA would go against the spirit of that. To say nothing of All Might understanding that Bakugou with that power might be dangerous. Don't worry though. Eventually it'll have to have a successor.
