This is amazing! I absolutely love time travel fics and this is already off to such a unique start. I love how Laws reacting to Luffys family (and the thought of him meeting Garp at Water 7 if that happens/he's there has me in tears) and the way he reacted to the fire! Heartbreaking. Luffy also crying for Ace since he's trying to be the strong big brother was just ihjgjbhjbh I love this so much! Can't wait to see what's next!
Can you picture Garp returning to headquarters and telling Sengoku, "YOUR pirate grandson says hello. And that HE IS DATING one of MY pirate grandchildren." And you know how much fun Law would have messing with the overprotective brothers? DOUBLE it for messing with the marine grandfathers! :)
OMG! I completly agree with you :D I love the idea of Sengoku being Laws grandfather and Garp annoying Sengoku xD Law would definitely have fun with that :p They have to get together first though ...
I do have an idea to potentially introduce Law and Senny to one another in the story. I think I'll use it too, so there is that. I kind of like the idea of Senny and Garp having the kids wanted posters too. Garp reacting to the kids is a soft spot of mine, adding in Senny is the cherry on top!
I'm look8ng forward to that meeting. You already lay the groundwork for that in chapter 3 xD seriously, Luffy is such a knucklehead. Yeah, definitly :D
I like the idea of Garp calling Law, "The heart-stealing brat" that could just be me though. Garp is going to give Senny a heart attack with talk like that - I wouldn't put it beyond the old coot to do that on purpose either. Gosh, Law would have so much fun with that, you're giving me itchy fingers! I MUST WRITE!
There aren't enough Time Travel fics with pairings I like, although I REALLY enjoy the Nakamaship with the Zoro and Luffy one that I can't remember the name of. I'm glad you like the start.
I kind of want to have Luffy, Law, and Garp all in one room, and Law being like, look how sane I am compared to these guys?! The crew goes, NOPE! We've been through some shit together and you aren't fooling us you crazy D bastard, you're every bit as bad! Regarding whether or not Law and Garp will meet at Water 7 we'll see, but I have been thinking about giving them earlier interaction. Those two in one room would be funny no matter where it happened.
RIP LAW! That fire bit was pretty mean of me. Especially after just getting put backwards in time, but not far enough back to actually stop that stuff. It feels bad man.
Luffy and Ace brothership always kills my heart, especially when Sabo is involved. I am a big Sabo fangirl lately and I really want to write a good reunion for those brothers eventually.
