      I remembered how Emily smiled so tenderly when Andy gave her all the Paris couture and how she then glared at the new 2nd assistant. I figured - since she was the one hiring the 2nd assistants and she told that one how she had big shoes to fill...she might compare the others to Andy, despite their previous "war". :-)
