Oh my goodness, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love writing Clarke, she is such a fascinating character and I love all her facets. I would agree that I'm struggling with her current trajectory because I don't believe that throwing away everything about who you are is growth. I think there could've been a bit more balance - Clarke using her wits / ruthlessness / cunning to protect Madi. Still be this 'mama bear' persona they want, but in a more clever way (that makes any sense?).
And thank you! I really wish they would come back to the fact that Clarke had nothing more than a borderline feral six-year-old for six years. I know there's a million things going on in the show, but I just want a breather scene! :P And thank you so much! I actually really loved writing that line, I'm so happy you picked it out. <3
