   I laughed out loud toward the end! That part felt like I was inside Lauren’s head. I’m ready to see her with other people because this feels like a tempting glimpse! The beginning also kinda felt like British English? But I think Lauren is supposed to be American? Just the phrasing I guess?

      I'll take a look at that -- she's definitely American! And yeah, it does seem like people feel it really picks up once she's among other people.

      This made bode ill for the rest of the book -- she is a bit on the internal side, a lot of the time.
